Wireless communication solution Program background: generally the
wireless communication module includes a wireless modulator module
and wireless output, or inrease output circuit with the power
amplifier, to increase the wireless transmission distance. Such
modules cannot guarantee the reliability of communications during
use, are very easy to loss the communication datas if there is co-
channel interference or broadband frequency interference case.
Using a hardware communication protocol processor program, due to
the protocol introduction, increasing the difficulty of application
development, and having higher chip and manufacturing cost, it's
not conducive to rapidly introduce into target product for users.
This program adopts MCU + CC2500 + PA structure, run high-end
communication protocol via MCU, to ensure communication data is
correctly sent to the receiver, on the host controller using a
standard UART communication mode, do not require any add-ons
particular communication protocol, very easy to apply to the
products, even for the most old-fashioned design, you can also
carry out wireless control without change any software. Structure:

that is 1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit Module RF

voltage:5V Module Wireless working mode: half-duplex, when wireless
transmission one part to send another one to receive DEMO module
provide: USB Interface, can be directly connected to the PC for
testing, may also be used as a PC transceiver interface; serial
port can be connected directly with the host MCU. UART Port: Pin1
--Power GNDPin2 --Signal line, function is given by a specific
module, nonuse without customization feature Pin3 --RXD Serial
signal input Pin4 --TXD Serial signal output Pin5 --Vcc +5V input
Note: If use the USB interface, UART interface won’t be used
Practical modules: UART connection port: Actual object is shown as
below, DEMO module contains a USB port, UART port, a positive
component layout and component layout of the back. Test DemoUse PC
USB interface to test, insert the module to the USB socket of the
PC machine, install the USB driver (Cp210x_Driver), after the
installation successful, then run the UART debugging program, set
the correct COM port, COM port number is provided by the PC-
equipment management program which can obtain by query. COM port
settings parameters: Baud rate 19200, Parity bit No, Data bits 8,
Stop bit 1; as shown belowWhen testing, can simultaneously receive
and send, data buffer is provided by the MCU in the module. But due
to the wireless signal transmission is half-duplex in the air,
serial data cannot do full-duplex transmission at full capacity on
COM port. Customization: 1. PCB board customization: can be
customized according to customer requirements, such as interface,
size, antenna output. 2. Baud rate and set: can use a fixed UART
baud rate according to customer requirements, can also add baud
rate configure command, to convenient for customers in application
configuration. 3. Other features customization: According to
customer request for additional functions, such as increasing the
protocol command, to achieve communication signal strength testing
and customer set the communication module identification code, and
the realization of multi-group network communication protocol
module.
